About Us
The SPFACC fights corruption in Nigeria by investigating and prosecuting offenders, improving public sector systems, and educating the public. Established under the SPFACC Act 2000, it also seeks public support in combating corruption, with cases prosecuted under the consent of the Attorney-General and heard by designated judges.

Introduction
The Ondo State Public Complaints, Financial Crimes, and Anti-Corruption Commission (SPFACC) was established in 2022 to resolve public complaints address economic and financial misconduct and promote transparency and uphold accountability in a conduct of government bussiness
Inaugurated on the 7th of March 2023, the Commission is led by Hon. Justice W. A. Akintoroye (Rtd) as Chairman and Prof. Adewole Adeyeye as Secretary to the commission.
Mission & Objectives
- Resolve public complaints through enlightenment, conflict resolution arbitration and enforcement
- Investigate financial crimes, corruption, and abuse of office
- Enhance transparency and accountability in governance
- Recover misappropriated public funds and assets
Legal Framework
The Commission operates under the Ondo State Public Complaints, Financial Crime, and Anti-Corruption Commission Law 2022. As per Section 14 (3), SPFACC is authorized to take over financial crime investigations involving the Ondo State Government.
